  4. Battles yeast infections. Two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to a quart of lukewarm water  douche helps restore the acid balance in your body.

Apple Cider Vinegar Detox Recipe:

1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar (raw, unfiltered, with the mother, I prefer Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar)apple-cider-vinegar-lemon-honey-pepper-detox-drink

  • Juice from 1 lemon (squeeze by hand or use a squeezer)
  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1-2 tbsp. Honey (raw honey is recommended)
  • Water – You can dilute this to your liking. I usually add about 1/4 or 1/3 cup water.
